Datalogic Ease of Care Comprehensive service agreement providing extended service and repair coverage for Falcon X60/X65 mobile computers for a period of 3 years.
The service includes a 2-business-day repair turnaround, helping minimize device downtime and maintain operational continuity. Comprehensive coverage includes normal wear and tear, component failures, and accidental damage.
Express freight is included both ways, allowing devices to be sent for service and returned without additional freight costs. Datalogic Shield is also included for enhanced device protection and lifecycle support.
